About Seal Coating
Seal coating is the only way to keep your pavement in tact and looking like new. Seal coating prevents long term damage that would lead to a whole new driveway/parking lot replacement. We stand by our work and you will see the difference.
Edging
When we get to the job we start by edging the pavement, that way we can make the driveway/parking lot look cleaned and presentable and so we can seal the entirety of the driveway.
Cleaning
After edging we will clean the edges of the pavement to get rid of dirt. We then proceed to get rid of weeds that are on the pavement and finally we blow of the pavement so there isn’t any debris in the way.
Crack fill
Once the pavement is clean we then proceed to fill all major cracks and forming cracks with hot rubber. This helps seal the driveway/parking lot and helps prevent weathering damage.
Seal Coating
Seal coating is the final step of the the job. We start at the top and work our way down the pavement. We make sure that it is even and thick so that way it looks pristine and lasts. We recommend that you seal coat your driveway every 2 years.
New Driveway
Now that your driveway is done we will stake it and put caution tape up. You should be able to use it after 48 hours since it was done. Now you have the best looking driveway in your neighborhood! All thanks to TSC!
